Cabbie robbed at gunpoint in Uniondale
A taxi driver was robbed at gunpoint early Monday when he went to pick up a fare in Uniondale, police said. The cabbie with All Island Car Service was dispatched at 12:40 a.m. to a residence on New Street, where he was approached by two men armed with a handgun, Nassau police said.
