Police are searching for two men who robbed a taxi cabdriver at gunpoint early Friday in Roosevelt.

The robbery occurred on Willet Place at 1:15 a.m., Nassau County police said. No one was injured.

Police said the two suspects, armed with handguns, approached the driver outside a home and demanded money. The driver complied with the demand and police said the suspects took the cash and fled the scene on foot.

The suspects both wore dark clothing and gloves.
