Suffolk County police continue to investigate the death of a Central Islip man whose body was found in a wooded area in Brentwood in February.
Police and Crime Stoppers on Thursday released a photograph of the victim, Michael Johnson, 29, who was found on Feb. 2 in the woods between Suffolk Avenue and Second Avenue. Police said they are investigating his death as a homicide.

In a Newsday story in February, police said Johnson, who lived with his father, died from a head injury they described as massive.
His body was discovered by two people walking on a path between Second and Suffolk avenues, behind the Broadway West Apartments, just east of Springfield Road.
