Cops: Police dog helps nab suspect in slashing
A suspect in a slashing in North Long Beach was arrested after a police dog found him hiding in a backyard shed, police said. Tyrenzo Brown 23, of Long Beach, used a sharp object to slash a 24-year-old man in the face during an argument in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts, 4261 Austin Blvd., Nassau police said.
