DA: Man who owns three rentals stole Medicaid benefits
A Lynbrook man was charged with stealing more than $46,000 in Medicaid benefits by claiming he made a low income when he actually owned three rental properties and deposited more than a million dollars in his bank account in the past four years, prosecutors said.
