Driver, matron arrested after autistic tot left on bus
Little Nicholas Arroyo left his Long Beach home Wednesday morning clad in a swimsuit and covered in sunscreen, ready for a school field trip, his parents said.
Instead, the 3-year-old autistic boy spent the day strapped to a car seat inside a minibus after the bus driver and matron left him behind, police and his parents said Friday.
