Elmont man charged with theft of credit card information
An Elmont man was arrested Thursday and charged with using stolen credit card information to replenish his OTB betting account with thousands of dollars, police said.
Richard Papile, 36, of 1335 Times Ave., was charged with grand larceny, identity theft, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny.
