Judge: Sorry, Gotti - You're staying behind bars
It's still no bail for Junior.
A Manhattan federal judge ruled Wednesday that Gambino family scion John Gotti Jr. will have to stay in jail until his September racketeering trial, despite his claim that the government's new case is no better than the one that produced three hung juries in 2005 and 2006.
Gotti, 45, of Oyster Bay, even cited a painful jailhouse bout with kidney stones...
