Pair charged in vandalism of two cars in Lynbrook
Alain Lavoie gave Richard Soto paint, varnish remover and a screwdriver and asked him to damage two cars, police said. Soto did just that, police said, causing more than $11,500 damage in total.
Now both are under arrest, each charged with two counts second-degree criminal mischief and additional charges, Nassau police said.
