Three men, armed with handguns, robbed a convenience store Monday night in Baldwin, stealing an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot, police said.

Nassau County police said the armed robbery occurred at the Milk Stop store on Grand Avenue near Atlantic Avenue at 10:05 p.m. Two cashiers were working at the time of the robbery, but police said no customers were present. No one was injured.

Police said the trio, wearing black, hooded sweatshirts and black pants, approached the cashiers, ordered them to the ground — and then stole cash from the registers.
