Add another chapter to Foxy Brown's legal woes -- the controversial rapper has been charged with slugging a neighbor in a dispute over loud music, police sources said Wednesday.
Brown, 31, who is nearly deaf and wears a special hearing device, got into an argument with Arlene Raymond in mid-July, sources said.
