Zoloft defense decision to come in late summer
A Nassau County judge yesterday set Sept. 8 as the trial date for an assault case in which the antidepressant Zoloft plays a key role.
District Court Judge Rhonda Fischer said she plans to rule on a prosecution motion to disallow a key defense witness at least two weeks before the misdemeanor trial.
