Boating safety experts and yacht dealers say putting 27 people on a 34-foot cabin cruiser leaves no margin for error.
"I just can't imagine 27 people on that boat," said Larry Weiss of Plainview, the Long Island spokesman for the boating safety group U.S. Power Squadrons.
