As of May 1, the unpaid balance on the mortgage - taken out in 2004 - was $200,673.49 plus interest, the records show.

A court clerk Tuesday said a hearing was scheduled for May 10, at which time a judge would rule on whether to turn the house over to Chase Home Finance.

Shahzad was arrested late Monday at Kennedy Airport, where he had been on a plane bound for Dubai, authorities said.
