An FBI diving team Tuesday plans to raise the 34-foot cruiser that sank on July Fourth in Oyster Bay, killing three children, in hopes the wreckage can help explain how the tragedy occurred, Nassau County police said.
Chief of Department Steven Skrynecki said the FBI has access to equipment that can raise the craft, while ensuring it is not damaged and no evidence is compromised.
