Gun store owner faces weapons charges
A Bohemia gun store owner has been indicted on weapons charges, including possession of illegal and unregistered machine guns and semiautomatic weapons, according to Suffolk County prosecutors. More than 300 firearms and ammunition were found in the unlocked garage and gun shop of Brian Andersen, who faces 19 weapons possession charges and one count of criminal possession of stolen property, prosecutors said.
