Hank's Pumpkintown

Corn maze  $10 (all-inclusive price). You pay one price and have unlimited trips through Hank's three corn mazes -- two lasting 15 minutes and the hourlong "American Farmer" maze. Visitors are given a map and are expected to find stations that lead them through the maze. You also can get clues texted to your smartphone. A long list of other activities come with the mazes (peddle carts, slides, games), so expect to make a day of it. 

Pumpkins 65 cents per pound; 75 cents each for ornamental gourds.

Apples $18 per one-peck bag (8-12 pounds, depending on apple size) with 12 varieties to choose from, including Jonagold, SunCrisp and Snow Sweet. The farm has dwarf apple trees for family-friendly picking.

Also Has Roasted corn ($3), snacks and fresh-baked pies; wagon rides.

With a patch that stretches for 8 acres, visitors can chose from anything from minis to prize-winner giants weighing more than 100 pounds and costing more than $65. "We're known for our giant pumpkins," says co-owner Lynne Kraszewski. How does one get such a monster pumpkin out of the field and into your car? "I've seen them turn the wagon on its side and roll the pumpkin onto it and flip it back up. Or, we give them a tarp and roll it onto it, and then they drag it out of the field," she says.

If you have any energy left after wrangling that pumpkin, you can pay one price ($10) to access their three corn mazes, rides, games and other activities (tube slide, peddle cart tracks, duck race, mechanical pig races, etc.). If you're feeling a little peckish after all that fun, a concession stand offers fresh-baked goodies.
