Huntington Militia on the road

The Huntington Militia and The Roslyn Landmark Society invites the public to come by and tour the Huntington Militia encampment at Gerry Park, 221 Main Street in Roslyn, junction of Main Street and East Broadway.

Also, the proprietors of the nearby Van Nostrand-Starkins House Museum will open the house for tours and games with prizes for children and an Animal Show. This living history program is sponsored by the Roslyn Landmark Society and is free and open to the public - Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For further information, please contact the office 516-625-4363.
