The Huntington Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing for 6 p.m. Thursday to consider these applications.CENTERPORT: Eric A. COMMACK: Maria Santomauro, c/o Roger Ramme, Esq., requests front-yard variance to legalize detached two-car garage, front deck and rear concrete platform; requests legalization of expired permit to convert garage to living space and to erect bi-level deck attached to rear, and to legalize finished basement for accessory apartment and removal of cellar entrance, on the north side of Maple Mall, west of Town Line Road. DIX HILLS: Arnold Koekoek requests lot width at setback, area- and side-yard relief to erect a front roofed porch with balcony deck above and enlargement dwelling built on lot that is nonconforming in width at setback in area, on the east side of Dix Hills Road, north of Old Country Road.
