The Coram man facing a second-degree murder charge strangled his uncle, prosecutors said. Jonathan Roman was arrested Friday in the death of John Frankowski, 71, of New Hyde Park, who had been missing for eight days. Frankowski was last seen alive on Feb. 27, according to his son.
