Kingston Chapel hosts gay marriage
Paul Joffe, owner of Celebration Wedding Chapel in Kingston, opened the chapel the day after gay marriage was legalized in New York in June, 2011, and has performed more than 30 same-sex marriages. (Jan. 3, 2013)
