Lucille Morin was born on Oct. 12, 1913, in Fall River, Mass. She married John Morin in 1939, and three years later she had twins. She lived in Rhode Island and in Rockland County before moving to East Northport seven years ago to live near her family in Huntington Station. She has five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Lucille is an artist and writer and makes her own Christmas and birthday cards. Her original oil, watercolor and acrylic paintings decorate the walls of her apartment and were on display in the East Northport Public Library. She enjoys sewing, knitting and crocheting and is an avid Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan. She played tennis from age 11 to 89 and played golf until she was 94. She celebrated her birthday with a party at a restaurant in Cold Spring Harbor.
