70thROSE AND ANDREW

LA GREGA of Ridge, formerly of Corona, Queens, and East Meadow, were wed Sept. 27, 1942. They celebrated at the Italian American Club of Leisure Village with family, friends and club members. Andrew worked in construction, and Rose was a homemaker. They have two children, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

65thMARION AND JOE SCHREIBER of Holbrook were wed June 29, 1947, at St. Barbara's Church in Brooklyn. They celebrated with family on a Caribbean cruise and with a week at Villa Roma in upstate Callicoon. Joe is an Army veteran who served during World War II. He retired from Sperry Rand in Lake Success. Marion retired from Marlou Garments in Jamaica, Queens. They have three children, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

60thFRAN AND FRANK

FRANZONE, longtime residents of Freeport and now residing in Deer Park, were wed Oct. 19, 1952. They celebrated at Pompei Ristorante in West Hempstead with family. They have seven daughters and 19 grandchildren.

55thNONA AND IRWIN GREEN of Seaford eloped on Sept. 12, 1957. They celebrated with family. Irwin is a retired vice president of sales and volunteers with the Theodore Roosevelt Council of Boy Scouts. Nona is retired as a new- accounts supervisor at Long Island Savings Bank and is the owner of Unique Afghans. They have four children and seven grandchildren.

50thCAROLE AND FRANK

DIPAOLA of Farmingdale were wed on Oct. 13, 1962. They celebrated in July on a cruise to Bermuda with their two daughters, their sons-in-law and six grandchildren. They also went to Turkey and the Greek Isles in October. They met at Fairchild Republic in Farmingdale, where they were both employed. Frank is a retired structural engineer from Grumman and EDO in Amityville. Carole is a detective division clerk of the Nassau County Police Department.

50thMARIA AND ARLINDO

MARCELINO of Elmont were wed Nov. 2, 1962. They plan to renew vows at St. Vincent De Paul Church and celebrate at Villa Umberto's in Elmont. Arlindo is retired from Marvin & Sons jewelers in Merrick. They have two children and seven grandchildren.
