65thDORIS AND WALTER IVERSEN, residents of Rocky Point for 57 years and now living at The Arbors in Islandia, celebrated at a dinner with family. They were wed June 5, 1948, in St. Albans, Queens. Walter is a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran who served in World War II. He retired from Verizon in Yaphank in 1985. Doris worked for Seaman School Bus Co. in Shoreham. They have four daughters, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

50thBETTY AND NEIL MELLEY of Baldwin were wed June 8, 1963, at St. Luke's R.C. Church in Whitestone, Queens. They celebrated with a cruise to Bermuda. A family celebration reunion is planned next month in San Diego. They have three married children and twin grandsons.

50thLINDA AND ROBERT DEVLIN of Baldwin were wed June 1, 1963. They celebrated by renewing vows at St. Luke's R.C. Church in Whitestone, Queens. The celebration continued on a trip to Florida, where a granddaughter graduated high school. Robert is an Oceanside firefighter and retired from Nassau County. Linda is retired from Chase Bank. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

50thELLEN AND FRANK SEABROOK of Farmingville were wed June 15, 1963. The celebrated by renewing their vows at Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook, followed by a reception. The celebration continued with a cruise to Bermuda. Frank is retired from the New York City Police Department. They enjoy dancing, traveling and spending time at their home in Myrtle Beach, S.C. They have two sons and three grandchildren.

45thIRIS AND SY ROTH of Mount Sinai, formerly of Nesconset, were wed June 15, 1968. They celebrated at a family dinner and then took a cruise to Alaska. Sy retired as assistant principal from the Half Hollow Hills school district. Iris retired as graduate program coordinator at Stony Brook University. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

JOSEPH PALAGONIAof Levittown, formerly of Brooklyn, were wed on July 9, 1988, at St. Frances de Chantal Church in Wantagh. They celebrated with a trip to Aruba accompanied by their two daughters and four grandchildren. Marie Annette has retired as a nonprofit executive for 35 years. Joseph retired as a Pan Am Airways mechanic, union representative and employee assistance counselor.
