50thFAY AND BILL ALBRO of Bohemia were wed Sept 9, 1962, at St. Michael's Church in Brooklyn, where they had met at a high school dance. They renewed vows at St. John's Church in Bohemia and celebrated at the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip. Bill retired from W.J. Albro Machine Works in Yaphank. They have three children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
50thCONNIE AND SAL
DECLEMENTE of Ronkonkoma were wed Sept. 16, 1962, in the Bronx. They celebrated with a trip to the Turks & Caicos with their two daughters and their spouses and five grandchildren. Sal is a retired carpenter with the Long Island Rail Road. Connie was a local Avon representative and neighborhood day-care provider. They enjoy gardening and spending time with family.
50thDOLORES AND JOHN KELLY of Deer Park were wed Sept. 8, 1962, at St. Stanislaus Kosta Church in Brooklyn. They celebrated with family. John retired from the New York City Fire Department and still does counseling for the department. They have six children and 14 grandchildren.
50thANNE AND PETER RIPI of Farmingville were wed Oct. 15, 1961. They renewed vows at St. Sylvester Church in Medford. They celebrated with a party at The Watermill in Smithtown. Pete retired from General Motors after 54 years. Anne worked for the Patchogue-Medford school district. They have three daughters and 15 grandchildren.
45thLINDA AND RON RIZZO of Holtsville were wed Sept. 9, 1967, in Levittown. They celebrated with brunch at Lombardi's on the Bay in Patchogue with their two daughters and their spouses and three granddaughters. Ron is a retired firefighter from the Garden City Fire Department. Linda was an aide on a school bus.
40thBONNIE AND BOB HERZOG of Holbrook were wed Oct. 8, 1972. They celebrated with dinner at The Manor in West Orange, N.J., the place where they were married. They also had dinner in Manhattan and attended a Broadway show. Bob is a sportswriter at Newsday in Melville. Bonnie teaches preschool in Bayport. They have two children.
