They celebrated with family at the Irish Coffee Pub in Islip. Ed is a retired roofer from the Local 7 Carpenters Union. Virginia is a retired clerk typist from the Suffolk County Department of Social Services. They enjoy spending time with their three children, their spouses and seven grandchildren.

50thSHEILA AND JAMES CALISE of Smithtown were wed March 9, 1963, at St. Joseph's Church in upstate Wurtsboro. They celebrated with family at Lombardi's on the Sound in Port Jefferson. James is a retired stock trader. Sheila is a homemaker. They have four children and 11 grandchildren.

50thJULIA AND JOSEPH DREYER of West Islip were wed March 23, 1963. A trip to the Canadian Rockies is planned. Joe worked for the New York Islanders for 26 years. He finished his career at Suffolk County Community College, where he worked for 12 years. Julia is a retired teacher with the Levittown school district. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

Janet is a retired English teacher from Syosset middle and high schools. They have two children and four grandchildren.

40thRITA AND MICHAEL URBAN of North Babylon were wed March 24, 1973. They celebrated with a family dinner. Michael is a retired Teamster with Local 282. Rita works for Western Suffolk BOCES in Deer Park. They have four children and four grandchildren.
