Sean Duffy of Williston Park recently received the Marvin Bernstein Award from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for continuing to "exemplify the values of humanitarianism, compassion and empathy," Good Samaritan said. Duffy has worked as a maintenance mechanic at the medical center since 2004 and adheres to the motto: "Do small things with great love." Medical center representatives credit him with tackling his "endless to-do list with patience and pride."
