LI officials still join ranks of double-dippers

The job: chief administrative officer of the Village of Garden City.

The pay: $206,000 a year.

The man who has the post, Robert L. Schoelle Jr., also receives $139,220 in a taxpayer-funded pension, bringing his total annual compensation to $345,220.

Schoelle, 64, of Garden City, recently joined the ranks of those receiving public pensions while holding government jobs.
