Kristin Green, a 20-year-old Deer Park woman, who was a passenger in a car full of LI residents heading to Hershey Park, was killed Tuesday, August 24, 2010, on the Pennsylvania Turnpike when the driver fell asleep and crashed into a tree in Berks County, state police at Bowmansville said. Kristin M. Green was pronounced dead at Reading Hospital, while the driver and two other passengers were hospitalized in critical condition with major injuries after rescuers removed the roof of the hatchback car to free them, state police said.
