LIer creates nonprofit to help Guatemalan children

After visiting her native Guatemala, Jazmin Carrillo knew she had to do something. The 24-year-old Mattituck resident has created Programa Sueños, a nonprofit to raise awareness and funds for in-need schoolchildren in the Central American country.
