9/11 should be a day of good deeds, Westchester County urges

Westchester County is urging its residents to do good deeds on 9/11 — and beyond.

The county and The Volunteer Center of United Way are collecting donated paperback novels at Kensico Dam Plaza. They'll be shipped to members of the military.

Kensico is also be the site of a food drive on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, there's a blood drive at the Westchester County Center.
