Accused amateur LIRR engineer a veteran court employee
William Kutsch, the veteran stenographer accused of joyriding for more than 20 miles in a Long Island Rail Road train while the engineer watched, is also under investigation by the state court system that employs him, court officials said.
Kutsch, who has worked for the courts since 1985, could face disciplinary action after the investigation is complete, a court source said.
