In light of three burial mix-ups at the town's cemetery, Hempstead officials are taking a second look at proposals it rejected in 2006 to hire a private company to manage Greenfield.
The town didn't enact the proposals because they were not economically feasible and wouldn't necessarily improve efficiency, according to town officials.
