Bethpage car crash kills Deer Park woman
A Deer Park woman died and another motorist was seriously injured in a head-on collision Wednesday on the Bethpage State Parkway, police said.
Tita Portillo, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene, about a half-mile south of Hempstead Turnpike, police said.
