Burglars stole cellphones from Merrick store

Nassau County police are investigating a burglary at a T-Mobile store in Merrick that occurred early Saturday.

Police said three unknown subjects threw a Belgian block stone through the front glass door of the store, at 2131 Merrick Rd. about 3:40 a.m.

They removed an unknown amount of cellular telephones from the display cases and fled on foot northbound on Kenny Avenue, police said....
