A taxi driver was arraigned Saturday after he stabbed a fellow driver to death over a disputed fare, Nassau County police said.

William Mena, 32, of Maspeth, Queens, was found unresponsive on the ground in a parking lot at 925 Hempstead Tpke. in Franklin Square shortly after midnight Friday morning. He had a stab wound to his torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
