A Brooklyn man was arrested Monday at his home and charged with robbing a Hicksville bank earlier this month, Nassau County police said.
On Feb. 1, shortly before 9 a.m., Marshall S. Bertoli, 52, entered a TD Bank at 225 N. Broadway, and gave a male teller a note saying he had a gun and demanding cash, police said.
Bertoli, of 2252 E. 59th Pl., got away with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
The three employees and four customers in the bank were uninjured.
Bertoli has been charged with third-degree robbery. He will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
