Cops: Bank customer arrested after refusing to return money
A Woodmere man whose bank account was mistakenly credited with more than $11,000 was arrested at his home Thursday after he withdrew the money and failed to pay it back, police said.
Carlos Morales, 44, of Lafayette Place, was charged with grand larceny.
