A Bethpage man who sold heroin to another man faces drug charges, Nassau County police said Wednesday.

Police said they arrested Nicholas Callegari, 30, of 44 Caroline St., at his home Tuesday on charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives said the arrest is related to Callegari selling heroin from his home to another man for an undisclosed amount of money on Sept. 17.

Callegari is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
