Robbery Squad detectives are investigating the theft Wednesday of an iPhone by two bicycle-riding suspects in Uniondale, Nassau County police said.

A man, 26, was walking on Jerusalem Avenue at about 8:50 p.m. when the two suspects approached him, detectives said.

They punched him in the face, took the iPhone and then rode off south on Uniondale Avenue, police said.

The victim told police he was not injured.

Both suspects were in their late teens with thin builds and riding dark-colored bicycles, police said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
