Cops: Driver, passenger arrested after shot fired out sunroof
Two friends from Hempstead were arrested Sunday afternoon after one of them fired a .38-caliber pistol out the sunroof of their car as they drove along the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway in Seaford hours earlier, police said.
