An Oceanside duo posing as representatives of a medical office were arrested after phoning in an oxycodone prescription to a pharmacy, Nassau police said.

John Gleeson, 39, and Melissa Bizelia, 32, asked the CVS pharmacy at the Gussack Plaza Center in Great Neck to fill the prescription, police said.

They arrived to pick it up shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday and were arrested, police said.

Gleeson, of 50 Sunny Brook Dr., and Bizelia, of 3258 Lawrence Ave., were charged with first-degree falsifying a business record.

After arraignment Thursday, Gleeson was released with certain restrictions, according to online court records. Bail for Bizelia was set at $500 cash or bond.
