Cops: Ice cream man was selling drugs in Westbury
Mister Softee was offering more than just sugar cones and ice cream in Westbury on Saturday, Nassau police say.
With the familiar jingle blaring, a Mister Softee ice cream man stopped in front of a house on Newton Street about 4 p.m. Saturday, turned off the truck, walked to the door and knocked, police said. The woman at the door gave him money in exchange for a bag of cocaine, police said.
