Six people, including a 15-year-old boy, were taken into custody Saturday in connection with marijuana sales at a home in East Meadow, Nassau County police said.

Police conducting an investigation said they found that Felicita Villegas, 48, and her son, Kelvin Villegas, 17, sold marijuana to four people from their Blaine Avenue house between 5:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Saturday.

Police arrested the mother and son, and the four who allegedly purchased the drug: Anthony Ditucci, 21, Stephanie Heim, 17, and Marni Tessier, 18, all of East Meadow. A 15-year-old boy, whom police did not name, was taken into custody.

Police said they found additional marijuana and cash inside the home.

The Villegas mother and son were each charged with second-degree criminal sale of marijuana and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana. Felicita Villegas also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. At her arraignment on Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead, Felicita Villegas was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail or $10,00 bond. She is due back in court on Wednesday.

At his arraignment, Kelvin Villegas was ordered released to probation.

Ditucci, Heim and Tessier were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and were issued appearance tickets. The three are due in First District Court in Hempstead on July 15.

The 15-year-old also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and will appear in Family Court.
