Detectives are seeking information on two men whom they said robbed a 60-year-old man, who was struck on the side of the head and knocked to the ground Thursday morning in Woodbury, Nassau County police said.

The two confronted the man at about 11:35 a.m. after he had gotten out of his vehicle at Crossways Park Drive West, police said.

One, who was displaying a handgun, demanded the man's watch and struck him to the ground, police said. The two then took the watch and fled in a white SUV, police said.

The 60-year-old, who sustained minor wrist and knee lacerations, declined medical help, police said.
