Cops: Second arrest in attempted robbery of off-duty cop
A second suspect has been arrested in the attempted robbery of an off-duty police officer that took place in Elmont last week, a crime that resulted in the officer shooting another suspect, Nassau police said Monday.
David Jarvis, 16, of Jamaica is charged with first-degree attempted robbery in the Oct. 27 crime, police said.
