Nassau County police said they arrested a second man on Friday night who was allegedly involved in the arson of a Hempstead apartment building in early September.

Officers from the county's Bureau of Special Operations arrested Harry Gardner, 29, of 750 Jerusalem Ave., in Hempstead, at 9:20 p.m. He is charged with arson and burglary, both in the second degree. His is expected to be arraigned...
