Cops: Teen arrested after victim fights back
She told her mother she had been assaulted by an ex-boyfriend. Concerned, her mother called police.
It turned out Heather Dajani, 18, of Beverly Parkway in North Valley Stream, was not assaulted by an ex-boyfriend, police said. She was assaulted by a woman she and a friend tried to rob Saturday night outside a Long Island Rail Road station, police said.
