Two men who robbed a teenager of cash at knifepoint outside a Hewlett market early Thursday face robbery charges, Nassau County police said.

Keith Miles, 19, of 190 Carman Ave., East Rockaway, and Nissan Kohen, 19, of 1097 Fordham Lane, North Woodmere, are suspected of robbing a 15-year-old who was about to enter the In N Out store at about 1:30 a.m., police said.

Police said the two men twice demanded cash from the teen. The first time he complied but the two men wanted more cash, and Kohen then displayed a knife, police said.

The victim gave up more cash, and the two suspects then two drove off in a white Ford, police said. After an extensive search they were then stopped by Fourth Precinct officers near the East Rockaway train station, police said.

The two were arrested and police said a folding knife was recovered from Kohen's pants pocket.

Each man is charged with first- and second-degree robbery and is scheduled for arraignment Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
