Cops: Woman steals watch, assaults officers

She broke into a barber shop down the block from her home in Oceanside, stole a watch, and then, police said, after she was arrested, became "irate" -- punching one officer in the face and injuring two others.

On Saturday, about 9:20 a.m., police said, Kathryn Ringhauser, 21, of 57 Anchor Ave., broke into the David Express Barber Shop on Anchor Avenue after smashing the front glass window....
